When you create a candidate or employer account, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any profile details you choose to add (headline, bio, skills, education, work history, CV/resume, profile photo). When you post a job, we collect the listing details and your contact information for applicants.
We use your information to operate the platform: matching candidates with jobs, enabling employers to review applicants, sending job alerts you subscribe to, and verifying listings to protect against scams. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Candidate profiles are private by default. Your profile, CV, and contact details are never shown to employers unless you explicitly enable "visible to employers" in your profile settings.
You can delete your account, CV, or profile photo at any time from your dashboard. Job listing and application records may be retained for a reasonable period for fraud-prevention and record-keeping purposes.
